How to get financing on multiple investment properties
This new book describes my strategy when it comes to financing rental properties. I talk about why using financing will greatly increase your returns over a cash purchase. I describe how to finance your first properties, how to finance multiple properties and how to get financing when you have more than ten mortgages. One of the keys to financing multiple properties is finding a portfolio lender. I detail in this book what a portfolio lender is, what they do and how to find one. I also describe short-term financing options using hard money and private money as well as how to use a refinance to increase returns.
