Over the last three years my real estate team has sold over 550 houses. Selling that many houses is not easy and not everyone will have that much success in real estate. When I started in the business in 2001 I struggled for years trying to sell houses. I had no system, no goals and no direction. I accidentally started created goals in 2006 and then I found REO in 2007. After I became successful in REO I started hiring more people and building a team.

I realize many agents do not have a lot of extra money when they first start out. I was there, I know what it is like and it can be very scary spending money on anything! However, I still managed to spend money on lead sources that I thought would bring in good leads. What I found was there were never as many leads as I thought and the leads that did come in were poor quality. If I would have spent that money on a system that taught me how to build my business, I would have been much better off.

Those lead generation companies will charge hundreds of dollars each month, and this is a one time fee.
