I am a huge believer in setting goals and challenging myself to do more than I think I can do. The 100 Day Challenge is one program that is an awesome tool to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible. I have been a part of many coaching programs, mastermind groups and I read as much as I can to motivate myself. I have learned exactly what I should be doing to make myself as successful as possible. The funny thing is that I don’t do it, unless I am being pushed and motivated by someone. I took Jack Canfield coaching, which involved one-on-one sessions, homework and it took a lot of work. That program was a huge reason why I am so successful today and don’t have to work 80 hours a week to do it. When I was done with the program I slowly stopped doing the activities that helped me the most.
I stopped reviewing my goals as much, stopped doing my daily routines as much and stopped visualizing my future as much. I still keep track of my goals, I still visualize how I want my future and I do take time once in a while to do my daily routine. But I don’t do it nearly as much as I should, because no one makes me do it. The 100 Day Challenge is a program that helps people accomplish big goals in a short amount of time. If you listened to my recent podcast with Brandon Turner he talked about how The 100 Day Challenge helped him change his goal from owning 100 units to 1,000 units. One reason the 100 day challenge worked for him was it made him work on his goals every day.
What is The 100 Day Challenge?
The 100 day challenge was created by Gary Ryan Blair and is a program created to help you set big goals and accomplish them. The program is available certain times and of the year so you can’t always start The 100 Day Challenge right away. The challenge is about setting goals, setting big goals and accomplishing them fast. That is exactly how I like to do things so I was naturally drawn to this program when I learned more about it.
Why are goals important?
I talk a lot about goals on this site. I have a goal to purchase 100 rental properties among many others. I thought that was a big goal until I heard Brandon’s goal to purchase 1,000 units. I create goals every year and I have short-term as well as long-term goals. When I took part in Jack Canfield coaching I learned a ton about goals, how to create them, how to review them, how to work backwards from big goals and much more. I took some huge leaps in my business and personal life thanks to that program.
I first started creating goals about 7 years ago and that was when my career took off. Once I had it in my head what I wanted, it made it so much easier to figure out how to get there. I was able to create goals for income, for health, for time, for material things like my house and Lamborghini and much more. I had goals that I thought were ten years out when I started my coaching program that I achieved in less than one year. I was blown away at how quickly things can happen if you really put your mind to it and believe in yourself.
What is involved in doing The 100 Day Challenge?
To be honest I do not know exactly what is involved because I have not completed the challenge yet. I talked to Brandon Turner about it and my team manager Justin did the challenge as well. The program revolves around the work book and videos sent to you everyday. You have to have come accountability to do the work as there is no coach calling every day or every week. However, you aren’t left completely alone to make yourself set your own goals and create your own program. For me this sounds great because I need a little push to make sure I do what I need to do, I don’t need a full-blown personal coaching program that costs thousands and thousands of dollars.
How much is The 100 Day Challenge?
The program is only $147, which is a fraction of what I have spent on other coaching programs and my mastermind group. Any kind of boost I can get with my goal setting and goal completing is worth well more than $147. I am guessing I will be able to use the techniques I learn for many years to come. Hopefully I will stick to them once the program is done! I know I need to spend more time on my goals, but I always find something else to do that seems more important. By using this program I know I can get back into the goals groove and make some more huge leaps in my business.
