A Career in Real Estate Can be Challenging, but it Doesn’t Have to Be

When I first started as a real estate agent, I found it to be much more challenging than I expected. I worked long hours, sometimes for a deal that went nowhere. I took people on showings, consuming my evenings and weekends. My phone rang more than I liked. The time I spent on most deals was very high, and the payouts were good, but not great. I didn’t see this as being my answer for true wealth building.

There was definitely a better way, I just needed to find the right opportunity for my career in real estate.

I refocused my efforts on long-term success and investigated numerous ways in which I could use my real estate license. I read books and spoke with other successful agents. I spent months doing research. I knew if other people could do it, so could I.

Listing REO (Real Estate Owned) properties was the answer

I found the winner. As banks come under ownership of properties, they need someone to list and sell them. Banks want the properties off of their inventory quickly. They want a specialist to help them, and I was determined to become that specialist.

While it may not be for everyone, for me, listing REOs was far more desirable than working with buyers. I was back in control of my schedule. I began building a consistent, steady stream of listings. I avoided many of the complexities and challenges agents commonly face.

And how has this worked out for me?

I now regularly sell over 100 homes per year. I work during regular work hours. And I am not even putting in a full-time effort doing so. I have plenty of time for my family and to pursue other interests and longer term pursuits. I am building a large collection of rental properties. I recently purchased two businesses. And there’s much more! You can find the details on InvestFourMore.

In short, entering the world of REO has provided me the cash and time to truly live a life I’m excited about each and every day.

How can it work for you?

If you too are interested in getting into REOs, there is a lot of great information on the web. I also publish a tremendous amount of information on InvestFourMore.

But if you want a kick-start, I believe I have a truly great product that can substantially shorten the learning curve and get you working with BPOs quickly and effectively. I have taken exactly what I did and what I’ve since learned, and put it together as my REO Starter Kit, which consolidates all of the key information an agent needs.

It will show you how to:

  • Learn in more detail what REOs are
  • Cultivate your own REO business
  • Gain clients and have listings assigned to you
  • Meet insurance requirements
  • Market effectively
  • And many, many more topics

On top of this, I provide a sample resume and information on the HUD processes. But probably most important is I will give you direct access to me through the InvestFourMore members only forum. This provides you with ongoing support and counsel as you build your own REO career, ensuring you get the most out of the information.

As you have seen on the website, I operate with the utmost integrity. If you do not like the REO Starter Kit, let me know within 30 days, and I will gladly refund your money.

PS – I also want to thank one of my readers, Michelle Y, for writing this great review on the REO Starter Kit.

“Hi Mark,
I just wanted to say I read through the kit and I was blown away
by how detailed you were.  Stuff I had absolutely no idea even existed.  As you
know, I am so new at REO, but I appreciated the opportunity to receive your
report and access to your forum.  For someone purchasing this kit who is
interested in getting into the business of selling REOs, I believe this report
has every single detail in it that a person would need to get started and be
successful.  As someone who is so new and doesn’t know anything about REOs, I am
so happy to have this as I am seriously considering getting my license and I was
especially interested in the part about writing BPOs. ” – Michelle Y
